Warren Lewis joins the Nuvolt team

We are delighted to welcome Warren Lewis as our new Senior Advisor.

Warren recently retired from HSBC after a 35-year tenure, bringing with him a wealth of expertise across various fields including credit and risk management, as well as retail, commercial and international banking.

Warren has spent the last eight years as Head of Corporate Banking for Wales, where he supported clients with:

• Major restructures
• International mergers and acquisitions
• Private equity investments
• Management buy-outs

Warren joins Nuvolt with the aim of supporting the pivot to net zero here in Wales. Over the past 12 months, Nuvolt's award-winning team has implemented a wide array of renewable energy systems, significantly boosting power production and directly reducing CO₂ emissions.
